Please do not go to MERCHANTS in 379 Hungerford Drive. The managers are only trying to get your money and the service is HORRIBLE. I took my car with an engine problem and these people ordered damaged parts so my car was not fixed. They had to reorder the parts and it took them 2 weeks to get them! not only that, but they did not even called me to take my car back. On the day I went to find out why is taking so long, they said that the parts were there and someone was supposed to call me. I left my car there a second time and at the end of the day when it was supposed to be finally fixed, they called me and said they broke another part and they would have to order it. I was so angry, I picked up my car and left only to find out they did not changed the damaged parts and now they broke something else. I paid almost $900 on the first day and after an entire month, my car still not fixed. ADVICE: If you had something similar, please take your car to a certified dealer and ask them to do a diagnosis. This is how I found out the parts were never changed and you can fight this with the credit cards or go to the small claims at the court house in Rockville. They know Merchants very well because the lady that works there also took her car to Merchants and they lied to her about the price and other repairs that her car did not even needed.
