Bad service, bad customer service

I had a bad experience with AirOn, Inc., when I called them to provide basic annual maintenance on my furnace. There were a number of problems that started immediately after their technician left, but AirOn refused to acknowledge them. It took 11 days for me to get the company to send a technician back to check it out, and even then he made no attempt to determine what the problem was, let alone try to solve it. (He didn't even bring any tools on that visit.) Another company quickly solved the problems, which proved to be directly related to the actions of the AirOn technician, and were easily solved with a simple pressure measurement.



I recommend avoiding AirOn. If you are considering calling them, check out their Better Business Bureau rating first. Apparently I'm not the only one to have a problem with them.
