First off the check in nurse is RUDE! The wait is ridiculous! Dat in the waiting room 3 hrs past our scheduled apt then another hour in the exam room. On top of that they were going to refuse service unless I paid $500 up front to make sure my deductible was paid first ; (

Dr was nice but so not worth the wait!

After waiting for an hour and 45 min after the time we were to be seen. Rude office manager. VERY short exam (about 5 min) 50 dollar copay and not sure what they charged my insurance. When I expressed some concerns I was told they would refuse me service. I have seen alot of doctors in my time just this office was unprofessional. I will say Dr. Ziegler was friendly but I feel the exam was not what I was thinking it would be. Maybe you will have a better experence if you go there.
