I hired Mr. Marasco to handle a ticket I had gotten for excessive speeding. My fiance called him to inquire about what we should do and he was prompt in returning her call. He advised us what could happen and why we needed an attorney. His fee was very reasonable and he was very thorough in explaining what the process was going to be. In the end the Sheriff Deputy never showed up in court so all I had to pay was his attorney fee. I would recommend Robert Marasco. I do not understand these vicious reviews either. It sounds like some people are just mad that they did not get what they wanted in regards to their divorces. I have also been through divorce and the scales do not always tip in one's favor.

I retained Mr Marasco during a contentious divorce. He was very professional and had a distinct manner on how to navigate the divorce court. The outcome in my case was quite favorable. I would recommend Mr Marasco to anyone going through a divorce. He is very experienced and professional.

I hired a lawyer to handle my divorce and won custody of my son. Lucky, I found Marasco Robert M Law Office. Mr. Marasco was a really professional divorce lawyer in Rockledge, FL. He made the process smoothly and fast. Now I can live in peace with my son and ready for a new life!!

STAY AWAY FROM HIM. HE IS RUDE AND IGNORANT AND DOESN'T CARE. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FLORIDA BAR AGAINST HIM. HE GOT MY RETAINER OF $2000 AND WORKED WITH MY EX'S ATTORNEY AND SOLD ME OUT. I LOST EVERYTHING TO HER BECAUSE OF HIM. HE TRIED TO GIVE MY EX CREDIT FOR THE FACT HE LOST IN COURT. I WAS ONLY MARRIED 27 MONTHS AND HE HELPED HER CLEAN ME OUT.

Bob represented me in my contested divorce. I dealt with his office for over 1 year. He and his staff promptly returned my phone calls and did their best to answer my questions and explain the process. He can be a bit high strung. He spent a lot of time preparing me for hearings and trial. His bill was one half of what my Husband's attorney charged him. Bob worked hard on my behalf and obtained great results. I strongly recommend him to my friends, family, and coworkers.

Bob Marasco has been my lawyer for over 20 years. He successfully defended me on a DUI charge, and I kept my license. Bob is fearless in court, and you can just tell that the judges respect him.

I hired Bob for my divorce. He quoted me a very reasonable minimum fee. He advised the fee could be more depending on the number of hours spent. He worked hard on my behalf and obtained a favorable result. I would recommend him highly to anyone who does not need their hand held and seeks an aggressive, competent, reasonably priced attorney.

He is an EXTEMELY angry, vulgar LITTLE man!

I paid him up front and to my surprise he did the exact opposite of everything I asked him to do and then CHARGED ME TIME TO MAKE THE CHANGES!!! Ultimately, he did NOTHING for me and I had to hire a different attorney to get my divorce....

HIRE somebody - anybody else OTHER THAN BOB MARASCO!!!! this man should not be an attorney.. RUN from this man - RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN... and to his poor staff - find a different job!! I can't imagine listening to his vulgar, nagative, small man attitude day in day out!!!!

I do not recommend. Robert Marasco is a man angry at the world and takes this out on his clients. Initially I thought that the advertisement and reviews that he was aggressive might be in favor of my divorce and custody for my children. This man is interested in his bank account and belittling others. Maybe it is due to him being 5 foot tall however calling your client (that is paying you 200 an hour) a Mother F***** when asking him to stop cursing at you and asking to be treated like a person is unacceptable. The staff made it clear he also treats them the same. This is the most unpleasant experience I have ever been through. I'm already going through a divorce and this little man adds to the drama.

Robert will not LISTEN (his adds say that he does) he doesn't allow the client to ask any questions, consistently talks over his clients, yes at everyone. Is condescending to everyone. I hired him to be on my side and treat me like a person



To make matters worse, getting in contact with Robert is almost impossible. He doesn't use e-mail and doesn't return phone calls. Instead of standing up for me he has consistently "made agreements" with the opposing attorney without me agreeing to the terms, or what was in my best interest This man takes the easy way out of everything.

The only reason he may be in business is because the BBB doesn't accept complaints for legal services. I'm a veteran that has served in overseas and has been treated better in combat zones than this man will ever treat anyone. Has no interest in your concerns or what is best for the client.



I would not recommend his services to anyone. Most importantly, my concerns were regarding my rights as a parent, custody, parenting plan agreements and ensuring that my ex was not taking every penny that I had. I had proof of a 401k plan that i as entitled to over 25 years of marriage and he said that it was not his job HE IS A DIVORCE attorney. How can I provide for my family if I am giving everything but 600 a month to my other half? Granted I would like for the children to be taken care of, but if I cant even afford to pay rent, how can I see my children? He will not fight for you or take care of you. I would not wish this man upon anyone.
