From start to finish we had a very good experience. We have an older, no atic access home making it very difficult to find the right fit for us but Ellington A/C & Heat found us the right one. Kyle, our sales rep., met here on time to introduce us to the hard working installers, Steve & Alan. They brought all the equipment they would need to do the job and even put in a new foundation for the unit to sit on. They were going to clean our very old ducts but were unable to, for previous owners had ran several different wires thru the whole system which we did not know about. Bless their hearts they had set everything up to do the job and then could not for fear of wrapping their brush cleaner up in the wires. When they were done they cleaned up EVERYTHING and put our fence back together. I capitalized everything because they picked up every last bit of concrete they had busted up from our old ac foundation. Now for the ladies in the office. Never once did I get an unpleasant greeting when I called nor was I put on hold more then the few seconds it takes to hit the button for hold and pick up. They either were able to answer my questions or forwarded me to Kyle. They also look out for their customers by reassuring us that both the follow up quality control person and the county inspector will be in marked vehicles, and tell you that when setting up the appointments for them. For our ac/heat pkg we have finally found the right day and night setting to not freeze us out. Recommend them? Absolutely.

Bill Healy was the salesman that provided me the detailed overview and additional No Worries insurance on my AC and newly installed ductwork and insulation. He was thorough and allowed me to apply a discounted offer that had been mailed to me just days before the installation service was done.

The crew was Jason and Jeremy who were professional, polite and went above and beyond the call of duty. They worked for two long days in the heat of my attic making sure the job was done to perfection. Jason reviewed their work with me and even designed a storage space for my holiday decorations after all the other work was completed. Thank you to Ellington for your wonderful crew from the office to the work site, you deserve the highest ratings in service!!!
