My family and I trusted this funeral home with my late father, they returned him to us in a damaged scattering urn (see the large dent on the inside and the gap that allowed the ashes to escape) that resulted in some of the ashes spilling around my kitchen. Upon calling back to inform them what happened, June ultimately blamed us for this experience, explaining that they would never sell a damaged product and not apologizing once. On the phone, the funeral director Harvey said he witnessed the cremains being put into a sealed bag and an intact urn, and picked up yesterday. The ashes were not in a bag and were picked up days ago. I would not wish this experience on anyone, nobody should have to pick up the remains of a loved one off the floor due to somebody’s negligence.

THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT EVERY ASPECT OF THE GATHERING. EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME WHICH MADE IT EASIER TO UNDERSTAND THINGS I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT.
