First off we waited 5 hours in...

First off we waited 5 hours in the ER. We were seen by a doctor who looked drunk and had slurred speech. He didn't check my sons foot very well. Then he diagnosed a chronic foot pain for a 4 year old's foot pain after looking it over once. We are never going back again.

Regular Hours“Loosen Up,” a 30-minute full-body session designed to release muscle tension through stretching and flexibility movements, will be offered from 10:30 to 11 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Loosen Up is also held from 4:30 to 5 p.m. on Fridays. Senior Aerobics classes for those ages 50 or better are held from 11:15 to 11:45 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Circuit Training, a 45-minute class that combines cardio and strength training for a total body workout, is offered from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. It is also held from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursdays and from 9 to 9:45 a.m. on Saturdays. Middle Management, a hard-core strengthening session that concentrates on the torso to strengthen the abdomen and back, is offered from 5:20 to 5:35 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays. “Golden Motion” classes, a conditioning fitness program for those age 50 or better, are held from 2 to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The first part of the class offers individual gym time, and the second part is an instructor-led class. Golden Motion classes are designed to increase endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. Firm Commitment, a 30-minute class for those who wish to tighten and tone their bodies, is held from 4:45 to 5:15 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
