Our tub was refinished less th...

Our tub was refinished less than a year ago and it's failing already. They sold us a 5-year warranty but charge for service calls and repairs. Worst of all...this business isn't located in Rockford. It's in Ohio. I tried to visit their address...102 Main Street. It's a hair studio!!! I'm not sure how they got an 815 area code...but they do not have a local office!!! Bath Magic is a snake oil salesman. THREE complaints to Better Business Bureau this year!!! 2- still unresolved!! They are the cheapest for a reason. I will be hiring a honest local contractor to fix the bathtub they claimed was under warranty. Thanks for nothing Bath Magic.
