Very disappointed in customer service. McClard services came very highly recommended. I placed call for septic inspection order. I spoke to assistant several times who said I would receive return calls. After a week of calling 3 times, promised return calls were not returned, each call I made the response was unprofessional, finally I asked if they even wanted my business was told to go ahead and place order with someone else.
