I just want to say that despite the horrible reviews I was almost forced to call them. On Christmas Day we had a house full of family and friends and all the drains were stopped up in our house with sewage coming up in our shower and tub. After calling several plumbing companies with no answer i called Affordable Plumbing and was told they would be here in less than an hour. The two guys showed up early and located our septic tank in the dark and dug it up and pumped it out . When they were done sucking out the tank they put shoe covers on and came into our home and tested all the drains to make sure everything was ok . When they were done they also put straw and grass seed over the hole they dug up. I am a local business owner as well and just want to say that I have never encountered such a professional business and knowledgeable plumbing company. Once again just wanted to say thank you !!!!

Called these guys about a plumbing problem and scheduled an appointment. No one showed up. I called them the guy said he sent someone out and will call me back when he finds out what happened. 45 minutes later no call back. I called him back on the phone he knew no answer. Called back on cell phone that he didn’t know he picked up on second ring. He said again he find out what happened. When I asked him if someone was really coming out he got pissed and hung up. I doubt he had even sent anyone. There’s a reason for the bad reviews

A complete ripoff. I was quoted $2000 over the phone to replace 180 feet of water line. When he got there he said it would take more than he thought due to hand digging and gave a quote of $4500. I should have said no then but was tired of calling plumbers who would not return calls. When he got done he had only hand dug 8 feet and when I questioned him on the price he said it was fair and only came down $100. When I talked to others who have had this kind of job done they said it should have been well under $2000 so I was really ripped off.

On time, courteous, reasonable. Thought my tank was frozen, been below freezing for over a week, but was clogged at the baffle. 20 degrees when they came.

Stay away get 2 or3 estimates From other company's they call them selfs affordable plumbing it should be Can I afford this company!!!!

They came out to clean out a septic tank and only cleaned 1 side of the tank and charged almost $500.00, they only did half the job. There are other company's that charge half that amont and will clean out both sides. Then they gave us an estimate for some work that was needed. That estimate ended up being three times as much as other companies and the other companies are doing more work. Stay away from them Harold

This place is a joke! He came out to my house and charged WAY too much! He was going to charge almost $500 for a toilet installation! He charged $160 for "labor" that he didn't even do, and it cost $16 for a "processing fee" for a debit card! Outrageous! Run don't walk from these guys!
