I've had 3 letters in the last 6 months to disappear after mailing them from this post office. Due to a recent car accident I am not able to walk so I had a friend to go by this post office to mail and pick up several packages. Unfortunately for me they would not let her have them. So the next day I called and explained my situation to the gentleman who answered the phone who told me they could not allow someone other than myself to pick the packages up. Nor a phone call or letter would work for someone else to pick the packages up. So I then asked if it would be possible for the mailman to at least bring them to my door when he delivered the mail today. But I guess that was asking too much because he said no. Unbelievable! WTF? How am I supposed to get them?!!

They should shut this place down or at least learn courtesy!

Sunday deliveries leave a lot to be desired. On Sunday, July 8, 2018, as indicated by the pictures, the USPS Ebenezer carrier STUFFED a box that was TOO large into our oversized mailbox rather than delivering it to the garage or the front door. We honestly do not know how he/she got the box in there. My husband, who is a pretty strong guy, could not budge it. I held the back of the mailbox while he pulled on the box - could not budge it. After about 15 minutes of working with it, he had to cut the front of the box and take the smaller boxes out one at a time. Luckily we didn't damage the product. Our mailbox post is now loose from us pulling on the mailbox to retrieve that box. If any expense is incurred from repairing this, we will let you know. I post this publicly in the hopes that this mail carrier is reprimanded for extremely poor customer service.
