This is the WORST clinic in the Rock Hill Area..My roomate, who has no insurance, has been going to the ER for his medical needs, complications from failing liver, Hep B, UTI infections among others. He had called to make appointment and never got help. When he called, he would always get a voicemail to leave a msg. He left msg and no one EVER called him back. so he gave up. I have type 1 diabetes and have been calling them to TRY and get in to see a doctor being I have no insurance either and im having major complications from the diabetes. I am 23 and seems im falling apart. The er suggested I call them to be seen on regular basis LOL thats a joke. So i tried calling them 4 days ago, always the voice mail. left messaging begging for someone to PLEASE call me back because im in dire need of getting into a doctors care..This morning, I called again, voice mail. I hung up, called RIGHT BACK, voice mail. Hung up called right back, a latino girl answered, I informed her I need to schedule an appointment as a new patient, she said, "please hold", then DISCONNECTED ME..I called back, got the same girl and i was livid. I told her Ive been calling for 4 days, been hung up on, no one calls back, i want to make an appointment and PLEASE do NOT put me on hold!!! she said, "PLEASE HOLD" then hung up again..This is a sorry excuse for a clinic. I can only assume they are in business as a low income clinic for tax breaks because they sure do not care about people in dire need of assistance!!!!!!! Ill stick to the ER. and when the doctors in the ER tell me, "call this number and they can see you", right in front of the nurse or doctor i will laugh and say, "stay here for a minute, I will let you hear on my cell phone what you get when you call them for an appointment"..
