A little about us: My name is Jeff Klipfel. I am the owner of Independence Car Care Center and would like to welcome you to my business. I have been in the automotive industry since 1987 and believe that customer service is becoming a thing of the past, but not here. Together with my wife, Pam, we are a family-owned, and customer-focused car care center. Our mission statement is to provide quality automotive service at a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. We also strive on informing our customers every step of the way through maintenance or repair so there are little or no surprises. As a family man, Army veteran, and lifetime Rochesterian, my goal is to bring great service to you at reasonable prices.
