OMG! Our family has been dealing with Griff's since they were on Mt. Read blvd (?). I was always the one that said oh, I'll just use "Johnny Shade Tree Mechanic". I also was the one you saw on the side of the road after "Johnny's" repair work. Well after listening to my mom (finally) I brought my 2015 Kia Sportage into Griff's Auto. SO THRILLED!!! One day service, half of what Fucillio would have charged. Wonderful customer service. They make you feel like family. Awesome Job! Was given Griffs Auto when my car broke down by AAA. I have to say, the gentleman that came and helped me was extremely nice and helpful. Being an 18 year old girl, he made me feel comfortable in the situation. The towing was fast and efficient and my car made it about 20 miles on a flatbed safe and sound. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Greece, NY area.

I love them!!!! They are fast and honest. I have been using them for 4 years.
