THis Guy Is A Slum Lord,I Actuly Managed 1 of Tom Adams Properties at 30-32 South Goodman St. I've Put up with Watching Mr Adams Cheat each and every tenant out of Most Or all Of their secuity Deposits. I've Had to Find A New Job After seeing My Position with his company. POSTED on Craigslist. Are you serious, this guy owns Millions in Realestate and he hires off of Craiglist. Cause its FREE. I HAd to deal with No Heat, No Supplies, Good luck to whom ever Rents or works for this Guy.
