Sold me a junk generator!!!!!!!! No wonder he only wanted it run a few seconds.

I bought a small neon sign online from these people. I paid for the shipping. It arrived broken in several places. It was obvious that it had not been properly packaged. I complained and asked for a repair or replacement. Though the process was slow, they did repair it. They sent it back to me and once more, it was broken and unusable. I video taped the unpacking of the second time I received it. I sent them the unedited footage, showing that it was broken again. I told them I wanted a refund. They have never acknowledged receipt of the video or my repeated requests for a refund, even though I shipped their sign back to them a second time. I intend to pursue the matter legally.
