This business has a web based Building Permit program that several cities are using. We can not get ahold of Jim Smith the president. I have called and left 3 messages and sent 2 emails. Adam Thrasher from the city of Lincoln has done the same. They need to at least answer us as to whether or not they are staying in business so we know if we need to purchase a different program from another company. This is the worst professional behavior I have EVER seen and that is saying something since I am from Alabama. regrettable customer Toni Ridley 256-831-9685
