Our salesman Jessie very attentive to my needs and very helpful in finding the travel trailer they was right for us! Chris in finance very professional and thorough. Jake in service was very helpful in explaining our trailer and all it’s wonderful options to us.And the young lady in the store was very helpful.We are so far very happy we chose art 125 RV

Went to look at a used camper they had for sale. They were selling it as is and Jesse the salesmen, said that it was only discounted because the owner just wanted it gone quick and we could turn around and sell it for more if we wanted to. Apparently unlike when you buy "as is" at a car dealer, they do not look through the camper. WE WERE NOT TOLD THIS BY ANYONE! None of the paperwork states it was not checked over by them and we were not told it wasn't. Shady right! Yet the bunk house carpet was removed, the carpet in front of the slide was removed and the tub drain was also detached. Clearly trying to fix or cover up the water damage. Stuff we didn't notice until we started remodeling it. Once we started remodeling it we found mold hidden in the walls, the ceiling and the floor. Black mold to be exact! I called and basically was told by Jake the sales manager to bad. He was very rude and hung up on me twice and would not let me speak to someone above him. How is that legal that a dealership can sell you something that is not safe. You go to a dealership expecting to be taken care of. You are expecting that they look things over and explain things before selling it to a customer. We could have just went to buy one of someone's lawn for cheaper. None of how they do their "as is" was explained to us. What if we didn't buy it and start remodeling it, that mold would have gone unnoticed for god knows how long putting anyone who stayed in it in serious danger. My family and I are now screwed because they only care about making money instead of the customers safety. Don't trust them! Legal action will be taken because this is vehicle fraud!

others looking for a trailer or RV.

We spent about a month looking for the right camper for us. We went to several dealerships all over NH
and we went back to Rte. 125 RV &Marine because the camper we had looked at was still there. They were very helpful in helping us find what we wanted and not what they thought we needed. Their patience,
professionalism and their awesome service reviews is
what closed the deal for us!! Chris, Jessie, Jake and
Kaylee were all very knowledgeable and helpful!! One
of the most important thing for us was Jake's 2 hour
demonstration on how to use every function of the
camper. We have already taken our first camping trip
and it was perfect!!

We made multiple trips to Rte 125 RV before we made
our decision to buy. Worked with salesman Ben each
time. Excellent and easy to work with answered all our many questions and pointed out things we hadn't t even thought of. Once we made our purchase Chris was very helpful in completing the sale and paperwork and setting up the walk through and orientation of our new Retro 199FKS. We had a terrible experience with this dealer from sales to service on a consignment motor home purchase. Make sure you do not give a large deposit and double check EVERYTHING before signing or accepting delivery with these people. Do not be fooled by their "checklist". Buyer Beware!

Had a great experience with RV 125. Ben and Cris were excellent to work with in working on price and financing options, as well as Ken who offered assistance on any technical questions we had regarding te new travel we purchased as well as the one we were selling on our own. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new RV or travel trailer.

This was our first RV purchase and they made it so easy. They answered all of our questions, no matter how silly they seemed were friendly and knowledgeable. It was such a great experience and now we cant wait to use our new Motorhome and get on the road soon.

We stopped in to look at a new (to our family) camper one evening. We worked with Jesse and Chris. The camper had everything we wanted and then some and was extremely reasonably priced. We sat down and did some paper work and numbers and the next day we receive a phone call saying it was ours! Jesse and Chris listened to us about how much we wanted to out down and where we wanted to be for a monthly payment and beat all our expectations. We even had our children with us and the whole experience was so much easier than I ever had anticipated. We have been referring everyone we know who camps, and even those who don't, to Rte 125 RV & Marine. I will never go anywhere else!

The entire process from talking to the staff on what the options were to agreeing upon a price to dropping the RV to sale was excellent. It was everything I had hoped for in a consignment sale. Hassle free and RTE 125 RV took care of all the leg work so it was a worry free transaction. Thank you for a great service and will look to this dealer in the future.

Dealt with Carroll in reviewing rv's and costs, pros and cons etc. Very professional and patient gentleman. Then to financing dealing with Chris who was extremely professional and helpful in getting the hard work done. Then to Ken who showed us all the features of the RV we purchased and made sure that any questions we may have had were answered. Very nice experience- very happy with RV.
