Dr. Thull and his staff are always very professional, kind, , courteous, and up to date on the latest procedures in dentistry. They explain things very clearly and always put you at ease.

This must be a different office. There are a lot of offices in that building. Dr Thull is very caring and his staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable......they even have coffee for you while you are waiting. I love this office!

Worse customer service ever. Receptionist (older lady) is rude in the pediatrics office. Orthodontics manager is rude. I got the wrong number no need to get angry. To owners of these businesses: please hire people with customer service exprience. To potentional customers: don't waste your time, go somewhere that will treat you with respect. To exsisting customers: unless you need to stay here for whatever reason, YES, you will be treated better somewhere else.
