I've been using OSI now for at least 7 years. I went with them because I was not happy with Tru Green Chemlawn's service. They were great for a long time and our yard never looked better. The last 2 or three years however, they have been coming later in the season and we've had to call to ask/remind them that we hadn't received a treatment. This year has been the absolute worst. We pay for 5 applications/season, the first being a pre emergent which, according to the OS flyer, is applied "early spring" as it "is one of the most important of the season" (this is quoted from their flyer). Our early spring treatment came on June 7th - a day after I called asking when they were going to start coming out.

It is now July 21 and we have not had our second application which is supposed to happen in the beginning of June as it prevents broadleaf weeds. We have had more broadleaf and thistles in our yard than I can ever remember. I called July 17th 2018 and was told they were behind but will be in by the end of the week. That was a Tuesday, this is now the end of Saturday. So the two crucial applications that would help make our yard look nice and that I paid nearly $50 each for, have not done a bit of good. Pre emergent that is applied way too late and a broadleaf application that has yet to happen at the end of July???? I'm going to take my business elsewhere. The worst part (for OSI at least) is that I live in a small town where I have about 5 neighbors on my street alone that are having the same issue with them, AND there are a ton more people in town that also have not seen service. So when I go...a lot of them go with me. Sorry OSI, but you should not have dismissed me on the phone when I called.

I had dandelions, violets and creeping charlie taking over my lawn until Steve and crew at OSI started treating my lawn. Now my lawn is the envy of the neighborhood and my neighbors have started to use OSI as well!

Really take care of making the yard look great
