If your child was taken into Minnesota in violation of a court order from your state, we may be able to petition the court. If the petition is granted, you will be entitled to immediate physical custody of your child(ren). You may also be entitled to attorney's fees and the costs of coming to Minnesota for the hearing and to take your children back home.
