I would never recommend anyone take their items to any Dison's location in Rochester, MN. I had an absolutely horrific experience dealing with this company. I took a pair of shoes to be cleaned and the shoes were dyed a completely different color. I asked to be reimbursed for the cost of the shoes and after 8 months of negotiation and waiting, they finally won and I gave up trying to get any compensation for the ruined shoes. I was told many times they would get back to me and after weeks of waiting, I would call back to find out nothing had been done. I am disappointed in the business and am appalled this is the way they treat their customers. Please save yourself the hassle and NEVER take your business to this company!!!

They ruined my 180 dollar dress and then had the nerve to tell me it was that way when it came in. I had worn it twice before that. Then when I asked to speak to someone they had me drive all over rochester in order to do something about it. Ridiculous!
