Absolutely awful. Sandra (the manager) is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever done business with. On several occasions she has stated that our conversations "were exhausting", that she "has better things to do." In one specific occasion she attempted to physically remove me from her office ; all in front of her new maintenance personnel. Aside from her atrocious attitude and blatant disrespect for her tenants, the phone in this office is NEVER answered; and you'd be struck by lightening before you can get a returned phone call... This behavior is also reflected in the corporate office. Kelly (Sandra's boss) is 10X worse. Yelling over the phone, hanging up on the tenants when expressing concerns regarding Sandra­'s behavior. Blatant lies to the property owner (Howard, who you also can NEVER get a returned call from) disclosing opinionated responses that are just asinine. This whole company is just corrupt. The "Gated Community" has gates that NEVER work. They are always broken, and "under repair" for weeks to months at a time. The carports are dilapidated, as well as the grounds. They jack up your rent and you expect to see those funds utilized to beautify the community for tenant retention; instead you make your payment and get treated horribly by the office staff. The units are terribly outdated (understood when signing, but promised upgrades that never come)... If you're a smart person, you'll heed these responses as warnings and take your money elsewhere. This is by far the WORST living arrangement since DHS Management took over the property. My own neighbor who owns her condo, and has lived in the community for 10 years is moving out due the negligent, irrational, and unprofessional behavior displayed by Sandra. Just an absolutely AWFUL company.
