I went to Alex's a month ago and ordered a hot turkey sandwich, which I didn't realize was going to look like a bowl of gravy with no sandwich to be found. Looking around for the sandwich I find 2 cheap pieces of bread soaked in gravy, picking it up the bread tore apart. Not making it a big deal I asked if I could order something else (with a positive attitude). The owner then comes out and yells at me and takes the gravy soup away. soon after the hostess (a teenage girl) starts talking loudly about me to other employees so that all the customers can hear. She then starts making rounds through the restaurant just to stare me down and then tried to read my texts from behind me. Before all this happened I had planed on paying for both meals out of respect, but because of the way I was treated I did not care to. However, my waitress was very nice and left her a large tip for not treating me the way the hostess and the owner did.

I went to Alex's the other day an it was very clean, waitresses were really respectful an friendly. I had the strawberry chicken salad an it was amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Food was excellent and cooked perfectly. Service was very nice and fast and food came fresh. And the best thing is that this is the cleanest restaurant I've probably been at thus far. Overall a great well organized restaurant. Definitely will be back soon

I don't know how this place stays in business . I went there, because my favorite pre-race ( cycling/ running) carbo loading place (Marinellis) was closed for some reason. Worst service EVER. And sitting there listening to one of the chefs chastise the waitresses was sickening. Abusive and down right unprofessional at best . My first time there.. And it will be my last . Hearing some cook yell right in front of the counter on a Friday night for everyone to hear: 'pick up your damn food!'
Was enough for me . This place is a disgrace . And the pasta?! I've had better from a spaghettios can.

Worst food ever burger dried burned twiced fried fries service not to great either not worth money

The food is good here and the prices are reasonable. However, would it kill the owner to smile and say thank you when you hand him your money? There's no excuse for that - the economy is bad, he should be grateful we go there almost once a week. He could be a lot friendlier to regular customers. The watiresses are good but never smile, I wonder why.

This is the type of restraunt you would go to with your grandmother after church. The staff is friendly, the food is ok (too bland for my taste), and the price is reasonable
