I went to Summit for my wisdom tooth extraction and while my doctor was very competent the customer service is incredibly poor at times. My consultation appointment took two hours because I was kept waiting so long and the technician tried to tell me that I only had three wisdom teeth when the X-Ray showing four was posted on the wall. The doctor removed all four but when I had post-operation complications I could not get ahold of anyone. They did not answer the phone any of the four times I called nor did they respond to either of the two messages I left.

By far the best dental facility I been to. I really like the staff as well as the doctors. I like how understood every thing they spoke to me about. Thank you for great service.
