Provided by YP.comDon't rent or buy where these folks manage. come visit Devon Square if you don't believe me. The grounds torn up, and the driveways full of potholes. fire regulations disregarded. It is as if they work for the absentee owners, and the owners suffer. the board is controlled by 'outside investors' so zero gets done. disgraceful aftermath of the recession. Vicious people out to make a profit by evicting. renting condos to section 8 welfare recipients to get an extra 10 dollars, and these people are absolute racist; live as far away from these tenants as possible. Death of a Small Condo community in Michigan.
Premier Condominium Management does not respond publicly to individual co-owner complaints, privacy is very important. Premier manages communities at the direction of the Board of Directors. Each unit is individually owned and Premier is not involved with renting the units. This review appears to be more about problems with the owners/landlords and trying to be punitive, than actually providing constructive criticism.
