I have been going here for at least 10 years. I have seen a few different doctors at this location when my normal doctor wasn’t available and I have always had professional service with wait times only 5-15 minutes.

I had a very bad experience at this office. The office staff is rude, the facility is very run down and the doctor I saw yelled at me. I walked out. I also tried to get in to be seen for a very bad cold and they would not see me for 2 days - told me to go to urgent care. Stay away.

Long waits, treated like a number, staff with no compassion. I will never go back. Called with an injury to my neck and was told no appointment until 3pm. In great pain and couldn't talk. No other options given (ER or ENT etc) "too bad so sad" attitude from staff.

Terrible actually was told not to come for any services because I missed 7 appointments in 5 yrs. Lol really I'm a self employed business owner who has no choice but to keep my own schedule not karle medical group. When they called to confirm and I never confirmed well its pretty simple logic don't schedule it. That's why we had that set up to begin with. Dr Shaya left and I probably wouldn't have gone much longer regardless. I just feel like Dr should be understanding of patients schedules and demands it's not as if we don't pay premium to visit them anyways.

I've been a happy patient for several years... until today. Dr. Cacco, my regular physican, was not in the office today but I needed to be seen for an allergic reaction. They put me in to see a Doctor Shaya. I arrive 10 minutes early, was taken into a treatment room right on schedule. Then I sat there, in a closed room with no air circulation, for ONE HOUR without being seen by anyone. As I headed to the door, I noticed that all the other treatment rooms were empty, as was the waiting room when I reached the front. I told a girl at the reception desk that I had been waiting for an hour, and that I had better not get a bill from them. Her response? "Oh, I'll let them know you had to leave." As much as I like Dr. Cacco, I am DONE with this practice.

Primary issues are with the support staff. At least five times I had to tell them my insurance had change. In the mean time they continued to send threatening letters for "past due" bills (bills that needed to be submitted to the correct insurance company). They do not explain forms you sign and change them without letting you know they have been changed. Then they send you a billing saying you owe for something that wasn't explained correctly in the first place. Overall, very unprofessional and NOT customer service driven.
