Provided by YPmobileThe "upgrade" to my family plan actually cancelled my 15+ year plan and totally screwed over my entire family. I know they make commission on switching plans (my nephew has been with the company over ten years) and even though I said I didn't want the plan switched, they did anyway. No more free phone upgrades- $660 now for a new phone all because some girl wanted her commission. Horrible horrible horrible.
