Normally I check prices before I buy and make sure the item is in stock with a phone call. I tried this evening to phone the pharmacy and the check on the availability of an item in sporting goods. I allowed the phone to ring for 5 minutes because I was waiting to see how hard it was to get through to the pharmacy as this was the first Rx that I had sent to them from my physician's office. After 5 minutes I still have not had an answer and it does not see to be something that may or may not happen. Since this is a 24 hour store I am thinking I should allow it to ring until answered. This may sound obnoxious but when a store does not answer their phone while proclaiming to be there for the customer, I have serious doubts on the other services offered, Well since this tirade is over and nothing has been accomplished and the whole time the phone has been ringing I guess being the first to rate this store I will have to give it a resounding, EXTRA POOR.
