I have been a customer for several years – never had a reason to complain but since I’ve been cheated, everyone should know what to expect. They say they honor warranties and work with them all the time but they will not bother to call the warranty provider and with their own interests in mind will say the warranty does NOT cover it. After pulling records from my warranty provider, they never called to even ask if it was covered – I had an ultimate warranty which was bumper to bumper equivalent. After bringing this up to the owner Marc Wilson, he said he didn’t care and it wasn’t his job to work with the warranty company and it’s my fault that it wasn’t submitted to warranty. They do not own up to their own mistakes and will not make it right – Unfortunately if the owner isn’t willing to make it right, there isn’t anyone up the chain except the legal system.



I will no longer do business with them and I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did and take your vehicle to them.
