Ostrom has done plumbing and electrical upgrades to our Daleville home in late fall of 2014. The initial work began by adding a toilet and replacing a pressure tank in the basement. The plumbers and office staff were so efficient and helpful that we employed them again to do upgrades to the main bathroom including tub, sinks, counter top replacement and drywall refinishing. After that there was some electrical rewiring done in the basement. We were very satisfied with the quality of all work and will definitely call them again when we need plumbing or electrical maintenance or additions. We trusted the employees to leave them in the house when we were gone.

Highly recommend. These guys are phenomenal. I have now had work done by them twice. Once to install some outlets and switches and Second to do a complete service upgrade and every time I couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone from top to bottom was friendly,helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The work was clean and done right the first time. You could tell that everyone at Ostrom Electrical take great pride in their work and are determined to provide the highest quality of service and take care of their customers. The prices are very reasonable. They have a customer in me for life.

I called Ostrom for a few items that needed to be fixed and the entire experience was great. They set up an appointment, called ahead, showed up on time and the guy that came put on shoe covers to protect my floors. They did a great job with the electrical work, cleaned up and priced all the work at the start so I knew what I was going to pay. Real Pro's. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Ostrom electrical is a great company for home electrical service. The process to discuss our electrical needs and get a qualified electrician out to our home was easy and efficiently done. The price for the estimate would have been $49 but we decided to have the work done, so we were not charged. The Electrician that came to our home was great too, he wore paper covers on his shoes to go in and out of the house when he needed to. He was thorough in assessing our needs and was straight up about what could and could not be done to stay within the electrical code. Before we sat down to talk about the estimate he had made a plan for the installations we needed and discussed it in detail. The estimated price for the job was highly competitive and Daniel completed the job quickly, efficiently and professionally. The outside power receptacles look great and even better, work like a charm. Ostrom Electrical did a great job. I recommend them, and I will use their service again! -Mike-
