k 20 min to enter in my car information (1110). They told me it would take no more than an hour, which normally only takes about 40 min. My car didn't get taken in the back until 1150 and I am still sitting here at 1 pm waiting for my vehicle. After inquiring about the progress, they said another 20 min. Overall if it takes over 2 hrs for a simple oil change on a 2014 vehicle, I will never come back to this facility again.

I came in for an oil change. They said they could fit me in at 11 since I was in a hurry. I arrived at 1050. The receptionist took 20 min to enter in my car information (1110). They told me it would take no more than an hour, which normally only takes about 40 min. My car didn't get taken in the back until 1150 and I am still sitting here at 1 pm waiting for my vehicle.
