We have been patients of the Eye Care and Surgery team for several years - we always receive excellent care.

I would not want to go anywhere else they take good care of me.

Feel very confident and pleased with the eyecare Service I receive. Very professional staff!

As always, my time in facility was pleasant in a clean environment with a courteous staff attending to my needs. All staff listened to what I expressed either making notes for the physician or in the case of the physician questing and responding with answers and directions for my well-being.

Very competent staff, clean accessible location, organized visit.

Everyone there has always been very kind, polite, and professional. It's a great feeling to know that there are still Christian offices with friendly staff and drs to choose for care.

Always feel good after my checkup. Lots of confidence in the folks there!

Dr Schaubach was thorough and efficient, and I appreciated her conservative approach to my eye care.

VERY PLEASED.... saw me as a walk in almost immediately for what “eye” perceived to be an emergency but was relieved to find out that what I was experiencing was ok..

I have been seen by several doctors in your practice over the years and ALL have given excellent care. Dr. Eng performed my cataract surgery and did a wonderful job, Dr. Coolbaugh is my primary doctor at your practice and is GREAT, and Dr, Booth saw me in an emergency situation and did a GREAT job. I will and have recommended your practice to friends and family.

Dr. Windham is the best! She is so kind and genuinely cares about her patients!

I general, I am pleased however, i think there needs to be an improvement in terms of waiting.

Not pleased with wait time: I was told after my eyes were dilated, it would be about 15 minutes before called back. It ended up being an hour wait. The doctor and technicians were good and informative.

Everyone was caring and friendly. It was a good experience.

Wait time at each stage of appt. All very nice and capable, but....wait time.

Care and follow up was excellent. Professional in every way.

My visit was a great experience. But My husband on the other hand is a different story. He had a eye exam and went for additional testing and was told that when we receive the results we will notify you. To this day he hasn't heard from your office. That was a total was of time and money.
