Though the system is pricey I had very good service with Senior Water Specialist Ric Yowell. So if you are looking and need help or just want to have your water tested ask for Ric!

Charged us for work they couldn’t do. they set up an appointment for fixing our water conditioner but didn’t ask us if it was a culligan conditioner and then when they got here they said they don’t work on these, but charged us for a service visit anyway. We said we wouldn’t pay but then we started getting harassing letters. Way better to go to Lowe’s and buy a conditioner and have them install it. Way cheaper in the long run, just as good, and better people to deal with.

Culligan has provided us with some of the WORST customer service we have ever received. After talking with the vice president, who had previously lied about being the absolute top of the ladder, I came to realize our business and money would be spent significantly better anywhere but with Culligan.

In the world of a contractor, I've dealt with many, many rental companies. However, never have I ever come across someone so willing to sacrifice a customer's happiness to make a buck. People you interact with up front are genuinely kind, but don't be fooled. When it comes to crunch time, you will be left for the wolves. I have already filed a formal complaint regarding our specific issue at hand with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they can shed some much needed light on this shady performance.
