Have sit at this hospital for 4 hours there was about 100+ people waiting to be seen. The lady told me I could be be there a few more hours. I ended up checking myself out and leaving. This hospital is not being run by professionals.

When my mother broke her leg, she was air-lifted to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital and had to have emergency surgery. She has had hip replacements and also a rod put in her left leg in the past, so it was important she get the care she needed from an experienced orthopedic surgeon. That is EXACTLY what happened. I am not knocking her previous surgeon, but the one in Roanoke was absolutely amazing!! Also, all the nurses, xray techs, physical therapists, etc. went above and beyond to help keep her comfortable and get her started on the road to recovery. :)

I was in the hospital back in September and I was very impressed. The Doctor's, nurses,cleaning staff and all staff I came in contact with, were very friendly, caring and answered all my questions. When I need hospital care or family and friends, I will reccomend Carlion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

I NEVER HAD A HOUSEKEEPER CLEAN OR ENTER MY ROOM WHILE I WAS THERE. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE FOOD WAS GOOD.
