Complete waste of time and hope. They make you come in, fill out loads of redundant paperwork, take a battery of online near retarded tests and then never call you again. I am by no means a bad or extremely under qualified candidate. I have never been terminated, I have loads of CSR experience and an associates in business. It has been two months and they ignore every email and phone call. Do not waste your time.

Warning, I wish I would have seen these reviews first. Stay away from this place is all I can say. They offer nothing, are unprofessional, scammers. Consider yourself warned.

WASTE OF TIME AND PATIENCE!!!!! They call you in waste your time for 2hrs then they say ohh we will call you dont call us, 3months later still nothing after phone call after phone call!!!...lol they always say we updated your file but here is a funny story!!! I called them gave them the wrong last 4 digits off my number 15 mins later I called back to make the correction and its like they had my file with the clicker on the edit but(SIKE) they acted like they edited my number"at the speed of light"!!! fact is they didnt it was an attempt to get me off the phone and shut up soo they wouldn't have to deal with that particular time or situation.

The staff here are quick to bring you in for a 2-hour application full of bs questions and not to mention that the higher up here does not return calls like he/she specified. Eventually they will call you to report for a job which lasts about 3-6 months and after you are no longer needed(laid-off) and file a claim for unemployment benefits they will suddenly find you all these different one-day assignments(funny how they have no work available until you file for unemployment). Finally when they have no more one-day assignments for you and you are eligible for unemployment since they will try to work you just enough so that you are not eligible for benefits the "higher up" here will tell the Virginia Employment Commision that you(employee) voluntarilly quit!!!!!!!!!





P.S.- forgot to mention the problems with my paycheck being short on hours and being mailed out to the wrong address.
