Sorry for the plug but I must clear up some facts. ACS Home Entertainment pioneered satellite TV for nearly 30 years and has been on the forefront ever since. Disregard the post by bradheyden as that post is falsely representing ACS. While one might think the move is a slick one, it is very unethical and deceptive. After investigating, “bradheyden” posted a number for an out-of-town satellite dealer who knows nothing about our area, nor do they offer local service. The company who is behind this is Satellite Sales. ACS is local and services 18 counties on behalf of DISH Network corporate. Their numbers are 540.982.7833 and 866.227.3474. Their store is open Mon-Sat, 9-6. Local customer support is offered 7 days a week from 7-7 at the same phone number. In-home service/installation is offered 7 days a week/365 days per year. Bottom line…If you want the honest facts about paid TV services and the differences between DISH, DirecTV, and cable, ACS will give them to you. It is not uncommon for them to encourage customers to either remain with their current provider or to choose another alternative from what ACS offers. They are honest, straight shooting people.
