Timothy E. Kitchens, the owner and funeral home director has the worst customer service I have ever experinced in my life. He did not respect my family's decisions in honor my loved ones final wishes. He was rude, unprofessional, and screamed on the phone. I have read other reviews and many other people feel the same way. This is not the type of service you want to experience when you are going through the worst time in your life. Also they overcharge for their fees. I called another funeral and was shocked at the difference in price ranges. I felt lied to and taken advantage of. Stay clear of this business.
