Went to the riviera bch store & made purchases that required 3 big bags & noticed while walking out the cashier who had the next customer present watching me leave in a weird way (didnt know why until I got home). To find out there was an item missing & thats what the look was about. Through the INCOMPETENCE of the staff working there. I returned within the hour & had no time but gave the time & cashier info to the manager on deck (Jordan). He said he'd correct it upon my return. I returned a day or 2 later & he had done nothing & now required a receipt (which I had on my 1st return). Then argued the fact & lied to vex me instead of checking the receipt log or cameras that were available. So I returned for the 4th time (WITH THE RECEIPT) & the manager there said she could not do anything because she didnt know enough (but she was there b4 & knew about it). THEY GIVE EXCELLENT ATTITUDES & ETREMELY POOR SERVICE & KNOWLEDGE. THIS WHAT MY TIME & DOLLARS WENT TO....... : (
