Poor Ortho Program / Great Dental

The entire orthodonics program is very unprofessional, and does not get personal with patients - it's more like an assemble line treatment, and they most certainly do not appreciate any patient input. The dentist and hygenists are great, as is the front office staff. The only flaw with the front office staff is that they have no consideration for privacy when discussing billing, treatment, or insurances. It's a shame because this is a new office in a busy community, and they already have a bad rep in this area.
