I went in the shop today as usual on my day off and I would like everyone to know that my experience today was AWESOME, I had the nail specialist by the name of Diami, very pleasant, friendly, and it was just an overall AWESOME experience, normally when I go to this shop Ms. Yen the owner usually takes care of me whom by the way is GREAT. I think anyone in the area stop in and ask for Diami, you will feel the same once your visit is complete.

Worst experience ever. I went in yesterday 10/24 to get my eyebrows waxs and the tech was completely rude was not listening to anything i was trying to tell her about doing my eyebrows. After she messed it up i requested someone else to fix it and she started talking trash about me while i was still in the room and no one cared about my horrible experience and no one was trying to make it better. Needless to say i WILL NEVER GO BACK. WORST EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND THEY WILL MESS YOU UP AND TALK ABOUT YOU WHILE YOU'RE STILL IN THE ROOM.

she does my pink and white or gel etc and i have a great conversation with her! !!
