Sonac is a " FANTASTIC HAIRSYLIST " !!!! SHE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN CUT MY HAIR TO MY NEEDS. SHE ALWAYS KNOWS WHO HER REGULARS ARE AND CALL THEM BY NAME. VERY POLITE, THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD. THANK YOU SONAC FOR YOUR SURPURB ATTITUDE AND WORK!!!!! KATHY MICHAUD

I had been a loyal customer of this location, and had email coupons sent to me. However, this week I went in for a haircut & downloaded a coupon emailed to me for an "Earned Reward" in the amount of $10 off for Any Service. When I presented this coupon to the operator, she told me it was only for getting a special service such as hair coloring, permanent, etc. She refused to honor the coupon & instead gave me the senior discount of $2.00 . I believe this reward coupon is a scam, and I doubt if I'll return for future service.
