Btw, NO ONE named Joseph owns the company. Her 21 year old fiance named Steven Santoyo is "Joseph"



Ask her for her D.R.E number, or her agent number, she wont be able to provide you with it.

i also got scammed out of money $305 to be exact didnt find out that some friends and family got scammed from them till right after i gave them my money

Damn, well read these reviews too late, they already scammed me for my $260, I was suspicious at first but the paperwork and place of business fooled me into thinking there legitimate. How can scam artists like this be up and running? STAY AWAY!

I also went to the house they were supposed to be renting to me & literally knocked on the door & the people there never heard of warrior property management and went through a different company called Superior real estate. So I went back to 6600 Jurupa ave Riverside ca 92504 suite 115 and demanded my money back or I was going to call the police, only once physically dialing 911 and showing her I was calling did she get up and give me my money back. but I doubt a lot of other people are as lucky...stay away until they all get arrested. Claudia and Ronnie were two names of people associated with them.

This is a total scam do not use this company they are not legitimate

This place is a SCAM! They post property rental craigslist ads for properties belonging to other rental agencies and real estate agents.



They ask for you to give them $200 to hold the place before evening doing credit check. they will be very pushy at getting the $200.



They are not a legitimate company and need to be stopped. Do not feed into it.



They gave me 2 properties in Rialto and I found that both properties were not theres. The actual company's signs were in the yard that the property really belonged to.



Don't get scammed. they are all over craigslist with the phone number (951) 729-5009. No addresses so you have to call them, that how they get away with it. They give it to you over the phone then there is no proof they gave you the address information.

I am amazed. I went to yellow pages and read the previous reviews. At first I was kind of iffy about the company. But they were great! I went in and applied for a property I wanted so bad. Unfortunately, I didn't get the place. But they offered me another option. If I paid their service fee, they would continue looking at other houses for me. That was the hard part for me because I was on a budget. But once I did that, they did all the paperwork for me and got me approved. I am now stress free and have a place to call my own. (Well only for a year, but that's good enough right?) I just want to thank them because my little ones didn't have to move from schools and they are so happy now. THANK YOU WARRIOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!

i went to go find a house and i looked for a house on craiglist, i came across a bunch of adds with the same number. i finally decided to call the number on the adds and a guy named robert answered and helped me with a adress to a property i was interested in ontario. i went to drive by the outside of the home, when i called back at the office a lady answered the phone and was so nice and transfered me quickly when i asked to speak to robert. robert told me about the application fee and also there service fee upfront. i understood that is was cheaper for me to pay there service fee instead of going to multiply different property managements and paying seperate application fees, robert explained to me that going with there services gaurenteed approval. also for the house warrior property management reffered me to had an application fee with a different property management and warrior payed that property managements fee for me which supprised me so much the ladys and gentle men are so nice and they hardly leave you on hold for more then 2 mins. the only thing that is wrong with there company is that there isnt enough man power in the office so to sometimes get a direct answer is hard but they never leave you in circles like most place do. i do recommend them especially now that they annoced new management when i went to apply.

Has a new management. They provided great customer service.

They reffered me to the house I had applied for.

I knew exactly where my service fee was going to be apply to.

They have so many documents stating exactly what there process protains to.

They have exacallent customer service and there new management is great and nice plus helpful. I defently recommend there service if you are looking to move quickly.

WHAT A TOTAL SCAM! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE REPORTED FOR FALSE INFORMATION AND FAKE PROPERTY RENTALS. WARRIOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WILL PROMISE YOU A HOLD ON A HOME WITH A $200.00 DEPOSIT, AND THEN WHEN IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO SEE THE PROPERTY THEY WILL CONSTANTLY RESCHEDULE STATING THAT THE HOME OWNER HAD TO WORK LATE. AND AS FAR AS GETTING YOUR 'HOLDING DEPOSIT' BACK... GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, MATTHEW WILL LIE FOR ANDRIA AND VISE VERSA. THIS BUSINESS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND I HOPE SOMEONE SHUTS THEM DOWN ASAP... PEOPLE DO NOT PLAY WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR FAMILY OR THEIR MONEY.

I called Warrior Ptymgmt they were advertising on Craigslist, rental properties, I noticed on there advertising there was not a company name or business license number, and if the company doesent place a co. name, license number for referance it must be illegal. I called anyways and spoke to someone who gave me two rental address, and I asked them if they had fees he said no, but they have a $200 hold requirement to hold rental. I asked the person I wanted to get there business license he didn't know were it was. He put me on hold to go an look for it, but a second person ansured and aske which property I was holding for, I told him I need to get there business license to see if they were legal, he put me on hold the after a while he just hung up the phone. Warning public stay away from these valtures, leaches, who run a business with out displaying there advertising with out proper disclosing there business name and business license!

I all i have to say is that these people are a total Scam!!!!!! I went to them for help to find me a property and all the properties that they sent me they were never in the market to be rented. Yes they are a total scam because they ask for a 200 dollar up front fee and the girls in the office don't know what the heck they are doing. They promise they will give you your money back but its a total lie. Please stay away from these idiots. They are not even BBB credited.

Worst customer service! The girls there are very rude and very lazy! The took my girlfriends I.d. And didn't return it. Then when my girlfriend asked what time they close so she could drive an hour in traffic to retrieve it they said 6:00. When she arrived at 5:00 they were in their cars leaving! She questioned their closing time and they said, "we have stuff to do. Try not to forget it next time."

We had a sat. Appointment with a home they set us up with (which I had to take off work) and when we arrived at the house to meet up with owner; there were tenants who had moved in two weeks prior!!!

They never answer their phone or return phone calls. They won't even call you to tell you that they talked to the owner! All of this after an upfront 200 deposit! It is my advice to steer clear of these idiots!
