I walked in for my 8:30 appointment. They said it was last week. I showed them the card they wrote saying 2-18-15. Then they "lost" my x-rays from 9 days ago. Then they added $30.00 to the cost and wanted payment up front. Then they had no xrays, no prepared trays and the girl asked me, "Why are you here"? I said, "I was asking myself the same question." and walked out. I got a call 5 minutes after my 25 minute drive home. I told them that they do not instill confidence in their competence and the office Manager lied about the lost x-rays. When I asked here why she did not tell me up front about the additional $30.00, she lied again. If I were you, I'd pass this place up and find a real dentist!

I just recently visited Smile Dental (and you know when you have a dentist appt. It triggers the nerves). So to my surprise everyone was really helpful and very polite they greeted you with a smile and made you feel right at home. The first person took my x-rays her name is Rita she was very nice, Then i met Dr. Kim he has a very gentle touch, then i met Jennifer in the billing Dept. She WAS GREAT!!!! she explained everything to me so i understood and i asked a bunch of questions and she didnt get tired of answering them for me... Over all i had a great experience and I will referr all my friends and family.Thanks Everyone at Smile Dental.

This office was the best office I have been to in years, the staff was very friendly and Dr. Tran is great to talk to, and he explains everything so clearly. I recommend anyone to go to this offfice.
