I bought my youngest Granddaughter a new Z06 for her 16th birthday. She loved the gift. The car is fast and sleek. We had great treatment from the sales department. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. We were in and out with the new car within one hour of hitting the lot. I will be back next year to get another vette.

Beware of this dealership! Heres a small piece of our experience. I purchased a 2015 Suburban (used) from here at the end of July 3016. I walked out after they appraised my flawless 2015 trade at 7500 less than low book. Within seconds, I had several managers begging me to come back, relating they made a mistake and apraised the base model. Reluctantly, and against my better judgment, I returned. Fast forward to the new purchase. I was promised 2 months of free On-star with my purchase. The salesman had us wait for nearly an hour to "set it up", to which he failed. After receiving errors with the system, he said it had to be done the next day. Next day, find out the Onstar is broken, which is why the salesman couldn't connect it. Call the dealership and we are told by the syhster used car manager, "no ptoblem" Dealership gives us the run around for two weeks and never returns calls. They call today, 8-13-16, to tell me, sorry we won't fix it unless you buy our warranty.

I bought my car on APR 25th and less than 30 days later it broke down (transmission codes are coming up). My car was towed in on the 32nd day so management has agreed to cover only half the costs to repair the vehicle. So many things bother me about Singh Chevrolet. First of all they knew they were selling me a car that had prior transmission work, but failed to tell me. They did give me a car fax but no where in the car fax did it say the transmission had been opened up. Why would i have bought it had i known. Now they've had my car 2 weeks and still have not opened it up to tell me exactly what is wrong. I've been calling and leaving voicemails. Ive been told it would be looked at the beginning of this week then today i get a message it'll be looked at next week. Ive been without a car this entire time and feel like my business never mattered to them to begin with or I would have higher priority and better customer service. I would think they'd want to make things right and honor the sale on a car they full well and knowingly made to me that had prior problems. How did they get to be as big as they are? Or have they forgotten it's the customers that have made them who they are.

I went in Dec 26th found out my water pump needed to be replaced still under warranty i paid nothing! Had to go back two times in jan 4days apart for hoses leaking. Just went back today hose gave out now they think I'm paying for there f***up no!bad service!

Highly disrespectful

I visited Singh because the vehicle I purchased from them was showing a different year when I renued my registration than what I bought it as. I was referred to a manage who was very rude to me about the issue. He treated me like i was a bother and waste of time to him. I was also addressing an issue about the vehicle being in an accident before I purchased it. He treated me like I was trying to get money out of them and I wanted answers. The Carfax I received did not state anything about an accident. I asked if they inspected their pre-owned vehicles and he would curtly reply that they do not check for bondo. I inquired that since the vehicle did have previous body damage if they checked to see if there was damage to the frame or undercarriage. He again replied they do not check for bondo; which i interpreted as them not checking for damages to the vehicle in general. I thought going through a high-end dealership would be better than taking my business to a private car lot; after how I have been treated I realize I was wrong. I work in customer service and relations and have never treated people how I was treated. Customers are the people that keep me employed and their happiness creates return customers. I am greatly unsatisfied with the staff and services I have received from Singh and would not recommend this company to others. I come from a family of GM owners and they have lost all of our return business.

Worse Car Buying Experience Ever

I would like to say that if you love your Chevy or any other Gm car by all means go get it but not from this place. I had waited two hours and tried to cut a deal with the dealership but they kept on pushing for a car that I did not want. When I finally said no to the offer the sales rep ripped the paper up in my face, handed me my personal items, opened the door for me and mean mugged me on my way out. I would not recommend this dealership at all . I watched several costumers come in and go out because of their FALSE advertisement and every single Sales person would talk badly about the costumer that had recently left. THIS PLACE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR THEIR CONDUCT OF BUSINESS.

DISHONEST DEALER, AVOID!

I recently moved to California and needed to find a new dealer. I went to them in Feb. 2009 to have my front brakes replaced. They told me it would take 2 hours, it took 6. Then I had to wait for an hour for them to find my car in the parking lot. Six months later, when I was back home, I decided to take my car in for it's 30,000 mile check up at a dealer I've gone to for almost a decade and trust. Turns out I needed new front brakes! Singh Chevy not only wasted my time, but also my money and jeopardized my safety by not putting in the brakes I paid for. This is a terrible dealership and should be avoided!!

Great chevy dealership!

i was in the market for nice used car for my commute to work. I ended up getting a certified cobalt with low mileage at a reasonable price. I am very happy with my new preowned car!
