After having been a recurring and happy customer for some years before this, I will never be using this groomer again. I strongly recommend that other pet parents find a trustworthy groomer elsewhere.

Read the other online reviews. They will not contact you to pick up your dog! They will not honor the quote that they give you even if you get the quote in person with your dog ahead of time.

When they overcharged us for a large dog after quoting us for a medium we asked them to correct the mistake and they refused. The owner told the staff to give us back the 15$ tip instead of refunding us the 20$ overcharge. We are horrified an owner would do that to their staff.

This groomer used to be very good but their service has depreciated over the past couple of years as their prices have gone up. I never received a call to pick up my dog but I knew they closed at 4pm so at 3:30pm I drove over. She said that the app they use had called me at 2:27 pm and that upset me. I can't imagine relying on an app for a phone call or text. My dog sat in a fenced area for an hour just because they couldn't be bothered to call or text me when they knew I was waiting.

My husband talked me into going back to ask them to make at least the over-charging issue right and to let them know their app does not work for contacting owners.

The groomer doubled down when we tried to get them to correct the mistake. They said they have a camera going in the front with a microphone and they could prove that they had quoted me 90$ not 70$. They also said that 90$ is the minimum they charge for any German shepherd. My dog is a Shiba Inu. They said the conversation wasn't audible on their video. They wouldn't let my husband see the video.
