I recieved some of the best customer service I have ever gotten from any place, from Tom and Danny. I pulled into this store on Sunday morning, June 19th. I was visting from out of town and needed a headlight bulb. It turned out to not be an easy fix but, both Tom and Danny spent a lot of time with me searching for the correct part and making sure that I would not buy something that I did not need. They even callled other store locations to try and track down the part I did need. And they went as far as helping me to remove the old lamp. If I lived locally I would never go anywhere else for auto parts.

I bought a stop light bulb for my wife’s Acura RDX. The service was superb and the gentleman working the counter took the time to show me where the item was in the store, smiled during the transaction, and said thank you for coming in. The Local Acura dealer did not have one in stock. Riverside Honda had the bulbs in stock. However, I was rudely told I would have to wait in line with the many customers picking up their cars up from Service to pay for the bulb. If you need parts provided with courtesy and an understanding of Customer Satisfaction, this is an excellent store in the Woodcrest area of Riverside.
