DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. WORST SERVICE IN LOS ANGELES AREA.

3-Months ago I had my dishwasher repair by American Appliance Repair. It's still working fine. Their service was quick, attentive and reasonably priced.

Very bad service! Waited all day and now one showed up! I called them to ask why and they said that they didnt have time and just hung up. Way to treat a customer.

Wonderful job on Subzero! Alex just left my house 30 minutes ago and the fridge is already cooling better than it was. Alex is a real pro, no complaints about them at all!

Sub Zero repairs are usually costly and not every technician can work on them but this company did a great job.

After unsatisfactory and expensive repairs by various sub-zero authorized repairmen, we were lucky to find this company. Their technician correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and made our sub-zero good as new. Two of the previous repairmen had said it could not be fixed. We love these guys, no one else will ever work on our equipment. Technician was kind as well as honest.

Shoot. Now I'm giving it a 5 because this isn't the place I called. Sorry!! Hope that evens it out.
