I ordered a customized tutu and a onesie for my daughter's first birthday. I wanted a three layer tutu ( hot pink, pink, silver sparkling ) with glitter polka dots, the lady who makes them, her name is Janet, assured me that she understood what I wanted, plus my daughter was wearing a similar skirt, so I told her that's how I like it, she charged me $97.20 for that and a onesie with #1 and Minnie mouse. Two weeks later when I came to pick it up, I was shocked to see it. It was just a piece of cloth on the elastic rubber with horrible stitching. The glitter on #1 on the onesie was already coming out. Immediately, I knew I was ripped off, I paid a lot of money for a really bad job, and I wanted my money back. The girl told me they don't give refunds, I had to call the mall security to get money back, even the security said WOW ( in a bad way ) to what the finished product looked liked. Thank god I got my money back! Never ever go to that store, such a rip off and very rude, bad customer service!

I walked into a store full of beautiful formal/party outfit for children with the intention of buying my niece her 1st Birthday dress. Though the options at first were visually exceptional the quality was outrageously terrible considering the price of the pieces I had bought. Stitching was not uniform and poorly done, Customer service was even worse I went in four times before I received my order. First time the lady was prompt, second time there was no other customers in the store and a different lady was on her personal phone on a personal call and we had to get her attention to get service after a half an hour of waiting the third time I went was to pick up my order was told to return in a half an hour for my completed order because it was not finished yet, when I returned a waited at the cash register for ten minutes with no service. I do NOT recommend this store to anyone. Quality service and prices were all poor.
