I called for some information on a tenant problem with an investment property. We consulted over the phone, and Michael provided clear and concise guidance where I did not feel I was being led down a path for legal fees. This was a first with attorney's by the way.. He was calm, patient and un-rushed and made sure he understood my needs.
I will use him for future tenant problems.

Michael Hesse saved and preserved the value of my personal property with his legal expertise, attention to detail, and professional dedication to seeking the best solution possible regarding a shared easement. The outcome was even better than expected because he represented my concerns from a legal perspective as if they were his own. I inherited a property from my grandpa. Turned out there was someone living there and claimed they owned it. Mr. Hesse handled that promptly, getting the squatters evicted within a few months. The there was some kind of "prescriptive easement" attached to the property, which, with great advice, I dnded making a deal to sell that boundary portion of the property for a good profit. Michale is competent and hard-working and I recommend to anyone with a rteal estate problem.

This was a complex real estate/family law matter so I was concerned that I get an attorney knowledgeable in all areas of the civil code. Mr. Hesse kindly listened to my legal problem, offered to review my extensive documentation for a very fair and reasonable sum, and it was an easy decision to utilize Mr. Hesse as my attorney. This matter has been resolved satisfactorily and I only had to appear on one occasion and I noticed the judge and other lawyers were all quite friendly with Mr. Hesse. i would strongly recommend him for even complex real estate litigation especially, if there is a divorce action pending.
